Winter Training Updates

The goal of the club is to cater for all members across the three disciplines. This includes covering from the beginner looking to get into the sport to an experienced triathlete. See below for the various training details which the club provides. This is updated on an on-going basis so refer back regularly for updates. Anyone considering joining the club can try out one swim, one bike and one run session. After this trial period if you would like to continue with the sessions you must be a paid up member of both Triathlon Ireland and 3D. This is enforced for insurance reasons on behalf of the club. The lanes are graded with 100 mtr times including rest interval varying from 1min 30 sec  to 2min 20 sec. So realistically you would need to be able to swim 100 meters in approx 2 mins 15sec.max.

 There is also a novice masters session on Saturdays at 10am and Tues 8pm-9pm which can cater for people just entering the sport or returning to it . The times at these sessions are suited to anyone who can swim 100 meters
