Training
Summer training sessions for 2010 are as follows:

| Swimming | From Thursday 1st July 6:55pm/7:50pm at Belvedere Pool | €55 | Two 55 minute sessions (6:55pm and 7:50pm) running for 11 weeks (until 9th September). Working on technique and distance. The second session is recommended for absolute beginners (if you can swim 2 lengths without stopping you're not an absolute beginner, similarly if you're already swimming the early session you're not an absolute beginner). |

| Running | From Tuesday 22th June 7:00pm at Polo Grounds in the Phoenix Park for ten weeks. | €30 | Various intervals with coach Jim Davis. | |
| Cycling | Sessions on Monday evenings at 7pm (location will vary depending on type of session - watch website for location). | Free |
Watch website for details of each up-coming session. Sessions will be generally hill and/or intervals and will be suitable for everyone.
There may also be people heading out on Sunday mornings for long(ish) spins. Keep an eye there, or post yourself. |

| Brick (bike/run) | Will start on Saturday mornings after the run sessions move to Tuesday. These will run on a co-operative basis - people will take turns minding the bikes at the sessions. Note: Blocks of sessions are for administration only, new/prospective members are welcome to come along and try out a session or join in the middle of a block. Cost of blocks will be pro-rated.

Kyber Pass - Phoenix Park
If you look at this map and zoom in using the plus sign, you should see the Kyber Rd. We meet in a car park at the bottom - the Military Rd/Wellington Rd end.
Pologrounds - Phoenix Park
If you look at this map and zoom in using the plus sign, then use the up arrow you should see Lord's Walk turn off Chesterfield Avenue (main road through park). The Polo Rd is where the polo grounds are.
